Delphine Bellini

Graduated in management and international trade, Delphine Bellini began her career in the luxury tourism sector, where she held sales and marketing positions, notably with prestigious cruise lines, before turning to the world of fashion and designers. In 2002, she joined Maison Léonard, where she managed, coordinated and developed the brand's licenses. In 2005, she joined Jean-Charles de Castelbajac and worked with him to implement the revival of his House. She held the positions of Director of Operations and Development, then Deputy Managing Director. From 2012, she worked as a consultant for fashion and luxury brands, within the framework of Transition Management assignments. In May 2014, she joined the General Management of Schiaparelli to orchestrate its redeployment. Since 2010, Delphine Bellini has been an associate professor at IFM and an active mentor to young entrepreneurs. A member of the Women Initiative Foundation, a philanthropic organization promoting women in business, she regularly contributes to its training programs at the world's leading universities (Stanford, McGill, etc.). In 2022, she was recognized by WWD magazine as one of the 50 powerful women making an impact on their companies and communities.
