Elvina Cohen teaches the fundamentals of the Italian language to designers who will be working with Italian professionals in the sector from the outset, particularly producers, developers and craftsmen in leather goods, footwear, fashion jewellery, etc. With a degree in English languages and literature from the University Institute of Oriental Languages in Naples and a Masters in the History of Cinema from the Sorbonne, she has specialised in working with Parisian fashion and luxury houses including Hermès, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent and others. She ran a course on the history of Italian fashion for the City of Paris. She also collaborated on Luca Guadagnino's film Salvatore, Shoemaker of Dreams, about the life of the shoe designer and founder of the Ferragamo brand.
