Gianfranco Scotti
Pattern Making
Gianfranco Scotti has worked as a designer for Krizia, Armani and Valentino.
Passionate about technology, he was in charge of the design office for Josephus Thimister before setting up his independent workshop and working for many companies such as Anna Molinari, Carven, Sonia Rykiel and Dior.
He has been teaching at École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne since 2012, where he restructured all the technical curriculum and created the Creative Pattern Making specialization.
Today he is in charge of the Master of Arts in Fashion design's Major in Creative Pattern Making, and is Director of Technical Education at the Institut Français de la Mode.
