Finding her voice in working with materials, she quickly continued her apprenticeship, concentrating mainly on moulding techniques by following various courses in toilism/modelling, flou/tailleur sewing, embroidery and corsetry during evening classes and then at the Chambre Syndicale de la couture in Paris.
In parallel, she worked for 10 years in the workshops during fashion shows for various haute couture houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Lanvin, Alexander Mc Queen, Mr. Pearl, Mugler, Chanel, Dior, Alaïa... as a fabric worker, retoucher, finisher, highly qualified first hand.
As a freelancer, she also makes costumes for the cinema, sets and textile art.
For the past 7 years, Lia has dedicated herself to transmitting these skills in fashion schools.
