MATHO and TELMET Awarded at the AMI x IFM Entrepreneurship Prize

Wednesday, March 26, 2025 — During the fourth edition of the AMI x IFM Entrepreneurship Prize, the jury awarded its Grand Prize to MATHO, a ready-to-wear brand that highlights the art of knitting and the wrapping of thread around the body to enhance and accentuate the natural curves of the human form. The winner will receive mentoring as well as financial support of €20,000.

The jury also granted a Jury’s Favorite Prize to TELMET, a brand that merges fashion design and audiovisual creations to bring immersive experiences to life, where clothing serves as a narrative medium. TELMET will receive funding of €10,000.

This year's jury was composed of friends of the House, personalities from the worlds of creation, culture, entrepreneurship, and the media:

  • Alexandre Mattiussi – Founder and Creative Director of AMI
  • Nicolas Santi-Weil – CEO of AMI and Business Angel
  • Anouck Duranteau-Loeper – CEO of Isabel Marant
  • Sonia Sieff – Photographer
  • Ardavan Safaee – President of Pathé Films
  • Yorgo Tloupas – Graphic Designer and Creative Director
  • Julie Gayet – Actress and Producer
  • Marion Duclos Mailaender – Interior Architect and Designer
  • Claire Hazan – Head of Editorial Content, GQ France
  • Olivier Bouchara – Head of Editorial Content, Vanity Fair France

Each year, students and entrepreneurs from the IFM Fashion Entrepreneurship Center participate in this call for projects. Twelve of them—whether fashion or accessories brands, service providers, or marketplaces—are selected and benefit from a six-month mentoring program with experts chosen by the school for their expertise in business, commerce, marketing, image, and digital strategy.

At the end of this incubation period, participants compete for the prize, which was created by Nicolas Santi-Weil, CEO, and Alexandre Mattiussi, Founder and Creative Director. Reflecting AMI’s core values—friendship, sharing, and inclusion—the prize aims to foster and develop entrepreneurship in the fashion industry by creating a space for exchange between students and seasoned professionals.

"I am very proud of the AMI x IFM Prize, which, over the past three years, has successfully supported projects that continue to evolve creatively and grow in their development. This is the case with Lora Sonney, who joined the FHCM - Paris Fashion Week showroom, as well as CACHÍ, also a finalist for the Creativity Prize." — Thomas Delattre, Director of the Fashion Entrepreneurship Center
