The Executive MBA Global Fashion Management is a unique experience designed for experienced managers and entrepreneurs in search of professional and personal transformation, who wish to progress to positions of responsibility in the fashion and luxury sectors. An interdisciplinary meeting place for experimentation and reflection on fashion, luxury and the creative industries, it offers an immersive international outlook thanks to its partnerships with the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Organized on a part-time basis over a 14-month period, it enables you to acquire a global strategic vision of management in these sectors, while pursuing a professional activity.

Program
The program is structured around several key themes that correspond to the sector's current challenges:
Strategic issues in fashion and luxury
Through an approach combining fundamental theories and applied case studies, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the economic and strategic dynamics shaping the fashion and luxury industry. You'll learn to analyze the fundamentals of the sector's economy, decode consumer behavior and integrate new expectations in terms of innovation, sustainable development and social responsibility.
Managing a fashion company
You will learn to master the fundamentals of finance, accounting and management control, essential for ensuring the profitability and sustainability of a brand.
You will also explore the levers of marketing and communication, in order to build a strong brand image adapted to new consumer expectations. Finally, you will have the opportunity to perfect your understanding of product engineering, sourcing and value creation, enabling you to optimize the development and production of high-value-added collections.
Creative Culture
You'll have the opportunity to explore the cultural, sociological and artistic roots of fashion, to better understand the dynamics that shape the sector. Through the study of the history and sociology of fashion, you will analyze major stylistic evolutions and delve into the heart of the creative process, helping you to interact effectively with designers and understand creative processes.
Soft Skills
Throughout the program, you will develop the interpersonal skills that are essential for success in the fashion and luxury industries. You'll work on your leadership and personal branding skills to enhance your expertise and build a career path in line with your ambitions.

International seminars
Three intensive week-long seminars are held jointly with participants from FIT New York and Hong Kong Polytechnic University in New York, Hong Kong and Paris. Specific lessons, case studies, projects, lectures and visits will be offered by teachers from the 3 schools and well-known local guest speakers, to develop a detailed understanding of the cultural and economic issues specific to each geographical area:
- New York: Global merchandising, leadership and strategy, retail & branding, e-commerce, sustainable development and innovation
- Paris: Fashion and design culture, creative management, brands & creative identity, luxury/fashion marketing, eco-design & sustainable development
- Hong Kong/Mainland China: Production & supply chain, entrepreneurship, understanding the Chinese digital ecosystem, opening up and understanding the Asian market, research & innovation
The synthesis project
At the end of the course, you will complete an individual or group project that will enable you to put to good use the knowledge acquired during the program. This may take the form of a business start-up project or a research project on an issue relevant to your professional development.
Rhythm
The program is delivered on a part-time basis over 14 months, from August 25, 2025 to November 21, 2026. Classes on the IFM campus are given in French and English, in the form of seminars lasting 4 or 6 days every three weeks. The week-long international seminars are taught in English on the campuses of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York (mid-September 2025), the IFM campus in Paris (mid-April 2026) and Hong Kong Polytechnic University (mid-November 2026).
